Learning the d sound by painting dddots onto our dddigeridoos was lots of fun today. It was also nice to lean more about the Aboriginal culture, music and arts. The students were very serious painting their own digeridoos as it was very delicate business!
learning intention: To know all of the golden magic words.
The prep students have been working so hard to learn their golden magic words. We especially know how important they are to help us read books and write sentences! We have been playing many games to learn these words. Playing bingo, memory, snap and using the rice shakers, to name a few are just some of the games we have been enjoying.
Keep working hard to learn theses words prep A! I’m very proud of how far you have all come already!
So far this term Prep C have been busy planting bean seeds, exploring the lifecycle of a butterfly and doing cool experiments where we have made sultanas dance!
Today the preps decided to get together to explore ways of making new friends. They practised asking people they had not played with before to play with them.
