During Science and Maths Day, the Prep children were involved in a Science rotation where they did different science experiments in each Prep room. When they came to Prep C, we learnt about how to make bubble mixture and we experimented with making a bubble wand. The children were encouraged to test, improve and try different things if they weren’t getting the bubbles they desired. Like true scientists, they did not give up on achieving the outcome and were willing to take risks and try new things.

If you would like to make your own bubble mixture at home, here is the recipe we used at school:

1 litre hot water

I cup of dishwashing liquid

3-4 tablespoons of glycerin
